- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 banana
- 2 Tbs honey
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/2 cup ice
Directions
Add all the ingredients to your blender and start blending on low and turn to higher speeds as the granola becomes less visible. Crank it up to high for 30 seconds to aerate for a frothy breakfast smoothie
